Five Sesons srl is committed to making its website fred-mello.com accessible, in compliance with the Stanca Law, Legislative Decree 82/2022 which implements EU Directive 2019/882 – European Accessibility Act and the UNI CEI EN 301 549:2023 standard.
Compliance status
Despite our efforts to allow everyone to adapt the site to their needs, it is possible that there are still sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or that currently lack an adequate technological solution to make them accessible.
We are continually seeking to improve our accessibility by adding, updating and improving its options and features, and developing and adopting new technologies.
This website only partially meets the accessibility criteria set out in Appendix “A” of the UNI CEI EN 301 549 standard, as an area of non-compliance has been identified, as described below.
Content not accessible
- The third-party wishlist management component displays an empty link, which may cause confusion with screen readers or similar navigation tools. Reports have already been forwarded to the developer requesting functional adjustments.
Drafting of the declaration
This statement was prepared on 22 July 2025 based on an internal assessment through automated testing and manual verification according to WCAG 2.1 AA. It will be reviewed annually and in any case in the event of substantial changes to the site.
